We ship items within 3 business days of the order being placed. If it is not possible due to stock shortages during the busy seasons we will advise.  Please note, S/H rates are based on an average size order, if yours is a large team order or larger item you will be contacted and advised of the shipping charges before sending.

If for any reason you are not happy with your product. It must be returned and received within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full product refund (not including shipping charges). If it is not received within the 30 days, Paypal does not offer an option to refund Transaction fees and a refund, less the Paypal transaction fees (2.9% + $0.55), will be returned to you.
